Our hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 2:30pm.  Drop off and pick up is at Cooper Park Community Hall,12 Cooper Park Rd Bellevue Hill, NSW 2023.  Children who are dropped off outside of these times cannot be accepted under the supervision of our staff, and no responsibility can be taken for your child at that time

2. In order to ensure your child’s safety all transportation to and from activities will be provided by a professional coach service.

3. For the safety of your child it is mandatory for all children to wear a Chabad Double Bay Camp T-Shirt. This can be purchased for $10 at the time of registration or when you drop your child at camp.

4. On arrival, the adult bringing the child at camp will be required to sign the child in with the time of arrival. If a child is to be collected by someone else other then the parent/guardian, or if a child is to leave camp by her/ himself, the parent must note this on the sign-in sheet. Children will not be released into the care of anyone other than the parent/guardian without written permission. When picking up your child you must sign him/her out with the time of pick-up.

5. If a child is unwell or involved in an accident and unable to join in activities during the day, parents will be contacted to collect him/her. In the event of a serious accident, children will be taken to the nearest medical assistance and parents will be notified as soon as possible. Chabad Double Bay camp has a First Aid Certificate holder present at all times who takes care of minor scrapes and bruises. We do not administer medicines under any circumstances without consent from parents/guardian. Please provide any medication and action plan that your child requires (asthma inhalers, EpiPen etc.)

If because of unforeseen circumstances (illness etc.) your child cannot attend camp, you must provide a signed Doctor’s note stating date, name of child and reason for absence, we then may be able to provide credit.   Please note that there are no refunds or credits for children who do not attend any or some of the camp excursions or activities due to change of mind.

8. The camp program and schedule may be altered or amended to accommodate weather conditions or due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. We provide a kosher catered lunch, as well as a choice of kosher sandwiches, snacks and drinks. There is no need for you to send food with your child.  If you would like to send some food with your child, please ensure it is Kosher certified and nut free.

10. Please be alert to any notices your child may bring home at the end of each day and in your email. They will alert you of any important reminders and possible schedule changes.
